They responded quickly and allowed me to request revisions in case of any mistakes. However, I also paid for a hard copy and mentioned that it was urgent, but I have only received the PDF version so far. I expected the post to take 1–2 days, but it has been 4 days and nothing has arrived yet. I had to print out the PDF myself and just hope it will be sufficient for my visa application.

Fair prices. Fast processing. Well-designed website that allows you to leave notes for the translator. The translated document is submitted for review before final approval, giving you the chance to communicate any changes or improvements. Room for improvement: It would be good to display shipping costs directly during the ordering process. Currently, you can only add shipping for the original document after the order has already been placed (17€ for shipping of 1 Site from Poland to Germany).
