Exceptional Service. My documents were very old and hard to read. The service I received was above expectations. Thanks for all the communications to keep me informed and for the hard work finalizing my documents.

It took many revisions to get my birth certificate translated from French to Chinese, which is a simple document. The original translation by a sworn translator was so far off, with inaccurate meanings, incorrect dates, missing information. I paid to have the translation within 24 hours, but with all the back and forth it took 2 days. I think that AI would have done a much better job. The customer service was great and responsive, which I appreciated.

Translayte is worth it. They are professional with excellent, polite responses. Corrections were done in a timely manner to my old, almost faded, original certificate of marriage. I recommend this service.

The service I ordered was not the service that was delivered. I ordered a service that was said to take 2 days. That service took an entire week and was only delivered because I told them I wanted my money back. The company told me the replacement service was going to cost almost double the original quoted price. When the service was delivered there was a mistake in one of the dates because they copied and pasted the data from the first document. In the end, the document was correct but not after a bunch of stress and closely checking their work. Beware.
