Tayo Ademolu

Founder & CEO, Translayte & Cipher

Tayo Ademolu is the founder and CEO of Translayte, a certified translation and document legalisation provider. The company launched in London in 2009 and has since supported more than 150,000 customers across 100 countries, with a team distributed across more than 14 countries.

He leads the company's product direction and commercial strategy, with a particular focus on how automation and AI can speed up translation workflows without compromising the accuracy certified documents demand, a question he has argued publicly belongs at the centre of the industry's next decade.

Under his leadership, Translayte won Innovator of the Year at the Association of Translation Companies' 2024 Language Industry Awards, and holds accredited membership of the ATC alongside membership of the EUATC and corporate membership of the American Translators Association.

He speaks regularly at industry events including ELIA Together and SlatorCon, and mentors early-stage founders through the Entrepreneurs' Organization's Accelerator programme.
